Scott Credit Union is finalizing plans for it first Missouri location later this summer. The newest credit union branch at the intersection of I-170 and Ladue Road will feature an innovative, consultative design to serve members.
“We are excited about our first branch in Missouri,” said Scott Credit Union President & CEO Frank Padak. “It will be an innovative branch that is designed to really help us connect with members who come in to do their banking business. Our new location will make it more convenient for the nearly 7,000 members we have who live in St. Louis County to take advantage of the value we offer." Scott Credit Union also expects to create 10 high-paying jobs at the new branch.
For the past year, the St. Louis Regional Chamber's Director of Financial & Information Technology Len Reynolds worked closely with Scott Credit Union as they began planning their expansion. The Chamber’s research team prepared a comprehensive demographic report which was critical in helping Scott Credit Union identify zip codes that fit their customer profile. Frank Padak and his team were then able to narrow the list of possible real estate locations, focusing sites that were
the best match for their target customer.
