The St. Louis Regional Chamber Diverse Business Accelerator (DBA) works with small to midsized diverse and women-owned businesses to ensure they acquire the technical skills needed to grow their business: a business growth strategy, connections to mentors and corporate organizations and access to capital. Its mission is to advance diversity and women-owned businesses in the region by accelerating their growth through capacity building.
How does the Diverse Business Accelerator work with businesses?
The Diverse Business Accelerator provides business owners with 36 hours of group business coaching and an additional 9 hours of individual coaching to assist business owners with creating, refining, and implementing growth strategies.
