Austin Walker is the Vice President of Public Policy at the St. Louis Regional Chamber where he works closely with elected officials at the local, state, and national levels in Missouri and Illinois on behalf of the region’s business community. Before working at the Regional Chamber, Austin served as the Senior Policy Analyst at the National Council on Independent Living in Washington, D.C. There he worked with Congress and the White House to create policy and legislation to help and serve Americans with disabilities.

In addition to his professional duties, Austin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater East St. Louis Business Development Association, Citizens for Modern Transit, and serves as an Honorary Commander at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.
